These terms apply when you use the pricebee.lt, pricebee.lv and pricebee.ee websites (together "PriceBee") or PriceBee's tools inside AI assistants such as ChatGPT or Claude. By using PriceBee you accept them. PriceBee is run by the operator of PriceBee, whom you can reach at [email protected].
PriceBee is a free price comparison service. It shows the products, prices and mobile and internet plans of shops and operators in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, and links to them. PriceBee does not sell anything itself: you buy from the shop or operator, under its own terms, and your contract is with it, not with us.
Prices, availability and product details come from the shops' and operators' own feeds and websites and are updated about daily. They can be out of date, incomplete or wrong, and the shop or operator may change them at any time. The price and terms the shop or operator shows when you buy are the ones that apply. Check them before you buy.
The order in which PriceBee lists offers depends mostly on price and popularity. Some shops pay PriceBee for clicks on their offers, and this can affect where their offers appear. Paid placement never changes the prices shown.
PriceBee offers a public, read-only tool for AI assistants (an MCP server, see PriceBee in AI assistants) that searches the same products, prices and plans as the websites. It is free and needs no account. When you use it:

You may use PriceBee for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't scrape or copy its content in bulk, interfere with how it works, or use it for anything unlawful. PriceBee's design, texts and compiled data belong to its operator; product names, logos and images belong to their owners.
PriceBee is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from relying on its information, from purchases you make from shops or operators, or from the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that the law does not let us exclude.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
